There are many different way to use affirmation cards as part of your daily routine.
Here are 5 of my favourite ways
1. Display them in your bathroom mirror so that you see them first thing in the morning.
2. Read them while eating breakfast and carry the message with you throughout the day.
3. Put one in your lunch bag so that you get a midday boost.
4. Pick a card before meditating and keep the message front of mind during your practice.
5. When you are winding down for bed, read a card and keep the message with you while you fall asleep.
